Certified in various aspects of Learning & Development, HR, Psychology & Organizational development, he has completed strategic human resources from IIM Calcutta. Mr. Varun is also a certified Soft Skill trainer and eLearning coach, a certified image consultant from the National Institute of Skills Training, a certified trainer from TISS Mumbai, a POSH trainer, and a Wellness coach. He is the recipient of two awards from the National Skill Development for his contribution to Soft Skills, Wellness and eLearning.

She has strong experience into NABH , JCI, Hospital’s learning Management. She Heads Impact Management Team at MEDLERN. She holds her Master degree from Institute of Health Management and B.H.M.S from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Pune.

Sameer Shariff

Sameer Shariff is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Impelsys and leads the organization across all its strategic global locations. As the founder, Sameer has been the major driving force behind Impelsys’ business vision, strategy, value, and growth, and handles all aspects of the business. His entrepreneur skills, deep domain expertise, and strategic organizational leadership have led Impelsys to become one of the leaders in online content and learning delivery for the publishing, healthcare, education and enterprise markets through years. Impelsys aids over 250 customers with their online content and learning delivery through its own custom products and services.

Sameer holds a graduate degree in Economics (Entrepreneurial Management) from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Sameer’s keen interest and accomplishments in leadership, innovation, and strategy have won him several accolades. He has served as a guest speaker at several industry events and has featured in Forbes, India Today, and Silicon India among other publications.

Sameer has a passion for sports and has completed the New York and Paris Marathons. Sameer actively supports the Indian start-up eco-system where he plays both advisory and operational roles, besides investing in early-stage start-ups.

Deepak Sharma

Deepak is the CEO of iPC Health, a platform dedicated to getting Healthcare workforce Better Prepared for Better Care. iPC Health helps more than 125 hospitals manage the training and talent development needs of nearly 30,000 employees in the area of quality, induction, recruitment, patient safety and experience, productivity, risk, soft skills and continuing professional development.

Deepak is a graduate of IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta and over the last decade, he has been associated with Healthcare & Lifesciences Technology products and services companies including Wipro and Impelsys. Prior to that he has extensive leadership experience in technology and financial services companies serving global markets, including as CEO of State Street Global Advisors in India.

Deepak is passionate about digital transformation of the Global Healthcare and Lifesciences sector and closely tracks development in AI, IOT, Blockchain and other related technologies and their implication for emerging roles of healthcare workforce.

Varun Kumar

Varun hails from Dehradoon, an Alumni of Bangalore University, Completed Msc Biotechnology, having close to 14 years of experience in the healthcare domain, worked with companies such as Pfizer, Fortis, Quest Diagnostics and Before joining Medlern in June 2019, Varun has worked with Dr Lal Path Ltd heading South & west India region. For the last 10 years Varun have held leadership roles and build strategies for business to scale and become profitable in his last assignment with Dr Lal Path – Varun led the Super specialty business vertical from scratch to 1.3 Cr a month portfolio in just 4 years and expanded the business from Karnataka to entire south India.

At iPC Heath – Varun is spearheading the Sales, business development, strategic partnerships to build and expand in the both B2C and B2C, despite the pandemic he has brought more than 100 plus hospital from India and GCC countries on board who are Medlern happy partners.

Sayee Krishna

Vice President – Product and Technology

Product leader with over 10 years of rich agile product management experience building software applications (Web, Mobile) in the healthcare domain. Sayee has a strong leadership record in Product Management, Engineering Management, UX design functions.

Sayee holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Sayee is PMP Certified and an Agile Champion.
