Serving as the Chief Growth Officer of Emergency Nurses Association since February 2014, Terrence is responsible for Business Development, Sales, Marketing, PR and Communication, and the ENA Foundation. Terrence also plays a key role in ENA’s international strategic partnerships. With more than twenty years of experience in the non-profit and business sectors, he spent most of his career in healthcare and human services.
Understanding the challenges in healthcare, Terrence continues to work towards making a positive impact and service through ENA. Believing in the cliché of “to whom much is given much is expected” he builds strong relationships to support Emergency Nurses and those they touch.
An emergency nurse since 1995 and a lifetime member before joining ENA as staff, Katrina Ceci is the staff liaison for the Course Administration Faculty Committee, the ENPC and TNCC Review Committees, the ENPC and TNCC Revision Work Teams, the Geriatric Committee, and the Sheehy’s Manual of Emergency Care 8th Edition Revision Work Team.
With the passion for educating nursing students early in her career, Katrina taught ACLS, ACLS-Experienced Provider, ATCN, BLS, CATN, an Emergency Nursing/CEN review course, ENPC, PALS, and TNCC. Developing new instructors and helping health systems deliver their own courses, her past professional roles include staff RN, education coordinator, trauma coordinator, travel RN, and clinical instructor.
Katrina is experienced in staffing and teaching at Level I Trauma Centers, inner-city hospitals, community hospitals, a stand-alone ED, international hospitals, critical access hospitals, and a specialty cardiac/orthopedic hospital providing great insight into the support needs of emergency nurses.
